Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within the United Arab Emirates 1–2 business days from the date your order is received.

Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery area

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and are shown before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Couriers can be delayed by weather, public holidays or incorrect address details. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@globexgt.com and we will follow it up with the courier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional charge.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@globexgt.com with photographs of the item and its packaging. See our Refund policy for how these are handled.
