Refund policy

7-day money-back guarantee — Chalkless 8g bottles

Try it. If it isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

What we need back

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • You may open and try one bottle only. When returned, the contents must still sit above the top of the label on the bottle — roughly 70% remaining.
  • If you ordered a 2-pack or 3-pack, all other bottles must be unopened with seals intact.
  • If the opened bottle is below the label line, we will refund the sealed bottles and return the opened one to you at your cost, or dispose of it if you prefer.

Bulk Bag (75g) and Dispenser

These are not covered by the money-back guarantee. They can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if unopened and unused, in their original packaging.

How to request a refund

Email info@globexgt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the bottle showing the level against the label. We will confirm whether your request qualifies and give you the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Return shipping

You arrange and pay for return delivery. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the funds.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

This is separate from the returns process above and is not limited by the label rule. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping, at our cost. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.
